How To Assemble Your Banner

  1. Print the Banner flags  โ€“ found below.
  2. Cut each flag and star.
  3. Use a hole punch to punch two holes in the top of each flag.
  4. Thread jute or twine through the holes to create a banner, interspersing stars as you like!
  5. Tie a slip knot at each end of the jute for hanging.

Where To Hang Your Banner

Banners are a quick and easy way to decorate for any occasion! Once your banner is assembled, hang it in a place where you hang out the most or where your guests will see them. My favorite place to hang banners is on the fireplace mantel with a sign like this Printable Graduation Sign. I’ve also hung them over our front door for parties.

How To Hang Banners

With the right tools, hanging banners is simple to do. I like to use Command Frame Hangers to hang my banners after tying slip knots at each end but any Command hooks should work just fine. When I hang banners on my front door, I use hooks that the previous owner permanently installed. They come in handy for hanging garland at Christmas time, too!

Should You Save Your Banner For Future Use?

Once you purchase the Banner PDF, it is yours to keep and you can print from it every year! I have a shoebox that I keep banners in, for every occasion, so I can pull them out and reuse them over and over!
