Who Knows The Graduate Best Graduation Party Game

I created this Who Knows The Graduate Best Graduation Party Game as a fun activity for my son’s college graduation party! Guests filled out the grad game between eating and visiting with friends, and then were excited to see who got the most answers right. Quite a few friends gathered around a table with the filled-out game sheets to see who wrote what. There was a lot of laughter at that table. Later, my son went through them himself and chuckled often at the answers and was pleasantly surprised at how many answers his little five-year-old cousin got right!

Game Prize Ideas

  • Gift Card – A gift card to a local favorite is always a big hit. Add a gift card to an appropriate page from the Printable Graduation Gift Card Book to make it extra fun. You can also use the gift card book as a sweet gift to your graduate!
  • Cash – Cash always motivates guests to participate. You could put together a little Grad Cash – Money Gift For Graduation as a prize.
  • Photo Of The Graduate – It would be fun to create a posterboard of the graduate to gift the winner, especially since they know the graduate so well. Attach a gift card or cash to the back as the real prize.

It would be funny to give the person with the least amount of correct answers a prize, too! A copy of the game sheet with the graduate’s answers to study with a small monetary gift attached, would be perfect!

Big parties need structure or people just stick to their groups and leave early.

Tips To Make The Game Extra Fun

Whether you plan to leave the game out for guests to fill out at their leisure or play as a group, there are a few ways you can make the game extra memorable!

  • Set A Timer – Give the group a set amount of time to fill out their game sheets to create urgency.
  • Read The Graduate’s Answers Aloud – As you read the graduate’s answers, have the guests cross out their incorrect answers and check the correct answers so they can tally their results.
  • Let The Graduate Explain – There may be some surprising or funny answers that the graduate can share a short story about.
  • Photo Evidence – Take a photo of the winner with the graduate!

At my son’s graduation party, there was a tie between one of his best friends and his sister (my daughter). They had an exciting final round of five questions to see who the ultimate winner was. The whole thing was a lot of fun and a sweet memory!

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! This game works well for both high school and college graduation parties! We used it for my son’s college graduation, and it was a lot of fun!

It seems like guests would rather catch up with friends and family than play games, doesn’t it? That may be the case, but I think there is time for both! Plus, there will be many guests who may not know a lot of the others and would appreciate something fun to do!

Since you’ll be printing multiple sheets (one for each guest) and school colors vary, I thought it would be best to design the game in black and white.

At my son’s college graduation party, I purchased red felt-tip pens for games, and it was fun to see how many people used their pens to doodle on the page!
